NAME TAGS
From
time to time, there is a need to update our listing of nametags, which
we believe are the most artfully created in all of Rochester (maybe the
world). And we would like to make sure any of us not having a tag or in
the need of a new one, have one of these identification works of art.
Please call the church office, 223-2796 or leave a note in the
Secretary's mailslot, and we will be sure a nametag is provided
for you. Thanks.
New Privacy Regulations At Hospitals
New regulations about patient privacy dramatically impact the
ability of clergy to get information about you if you are in the hospital.
At the time of admission, you must specifically indicate that you want St.
Luke’s Church and its Rector to know you are hospitalized. Otherwise, the
hospital will not even confirm if you have been admitted as a patient. If
you desire a clergy visit while hospitalized, please call the church,
giving us the name of the hospital and your room number.
Please be sure the front door is securely locked when you
leave the church after meetings or other visits during the week. If the
front door gives you too much trouble, enter and exit through the Great
Room or kitchen (same key). The front door has been found unlocked many
times in the last month and it's causing great concern. Thanks.
Please remember to put your events or meetings and the room you would like to use on the Hall Calendar outside the office. This will ensure that the room you wish to use will be available.
